Start with the real offer
Explain the service, training, time commitment, culture and range of roles honestly. A prospect should know what they are considering before being asked to complete a long application.
Create one destination
Every sign, social post, event and conversation should point to one current recruitment page. That page should work well on a phone and make the next step obvious.
Ask for interest before an application
A short interest form creates a low-friction conversation. Formal applications, background processes and medical requirements can follow when the prospect understands the department.
Assign the follow-up
Give each new lead an owner and a due date. Invite them to a station visit, answer questions and record the result so a good prospect does not get lost.
Measure movement, not attention
Track which sources create leads, visits, applications and members. Likes and impressions can help, but completed next steps are the useful measure.
Put the pieces into one local funnel.
StationReach gives departments a consistent page, short form, source tracking and follow-up board while openly linking to free fire-service resources.
